What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, document, and support backend systems and applications critical to developers worldwide
• Own key projects end-to-end, from designing scalable architectures to deploying production-ready code
• Participate in collaborative, agile teams utilizing code reviews and shared ownership
• Contribute to new feature launches and product improvements with a focus on quality at scale
• Drive engineering best practices and proactive solutions to technical challenges across operating systems, databases, and networking

Key Technical Skills:

Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, C/C++, Operating system internals, Databases, Networking concepts, Scripting, Internal APIs, Windows & Linux knowledge

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of software development or programming experience
• Proficiency in at least one major language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, or C/C++
• Good knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking (including file systems, kernels, scripting)
• Ability to work on Windows and Linux platforms
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities
• Startup mentality: willingness to learn, hardworking, and ready for a fast-paced environment
